Forever Your Rogue is my favorite historical romance of the year, so I was delighted when I heard Langston was coming out with a holiday novella about Cora’s brother, Gavin — and doubly so when I received an advanced copy for review! Gavin, a barrister, and Emilia, a governess, are GOING THROUGH IT and not really looking forward to the holidays, but their chance meeting changes everything. Gavin is soft and diligent and Emilia is bold and resilient and I love them together so much. While Christmas is the backdrop of the book, it’s not in your face about it, so it actually wasn’t as odd and I thought it’d be to be reading it now — and it has me excited for a reread. I also loved getting extended cameos from Cora and Nate and Leo and Tess!
